I have been a keen runner all my life. Apart from the fitness benefits, it allows me so socialize with like minded people and experience the beauty of nature. I also gym.
In between keeping fit and work I love to travel to the bush. It's my absolute happy place. I love spending time with friends and family. I enjoy the simple things of life like a good movie, coffee, gardening and visiting quirky, interesting places.
